Are these PDL loan companies legal in Indiana

Hi,
I too have gotten caought in the viscios cycle of PDL. I am trying to get myself out of this mess and have been paying well over 1000 a check. I am working on closing my bank account now and then work with the companies on my terms. Can you tell me if these companies are legal in Indiana?

I got a payday from "cashtoday" back in 2006 and just this past week they are calling me and my place of employment telling me they are going to garnish my wages because I signed a wage assignment?

Payday loan lenders must be licensed in Indiana. You can call the IN Dept. Of Financial Institutions to verify if any are, but I don't believe any of them are. If your loan originated with Western Sky, it too is illegal.

My loan did originate from Western sky and was sold to cash call. Whats the best way to proceed?

My loan did originate from Western Sky. They immediately sol it to cash call. I am less than 6 days past due on my account and they call at least 25 times a day. Just want it to all stop!!

Is your loan thru cash call or did it originate thru western sky???

I called the Indiana Dept. of Financial Institutions and was informed there are no internet loan companies that are legal in Indiana.
