Are these PDL loan companies legal in Indiana

I too have gotten caought in the viscios cycle of PDL. I am trying to get myself out of this mess and have been paying well over 1000 a check. I am working on closing my bank account now and then work with the companies on my terms. Can you tell me if these companies are legal in Indiana?

I got a payday from "cashtoday" back in 2006 and just this past week they are calling me and my place of employment telling me they are going to garnish my wages because I signed a wage assignment?

Payday loan lenders must be licensed in Indiana. You can call the IN Dept. Of Financial Institutions to verify if any are, but I don't believe any of them are. If your loan originated with Western Sky, it too is illegal.

My loan did originate from Western Sky. They immediately sol it to cash call. I am less than 6 days past due on my account and they call at least 25 times a day. Just want it to all stop!!
