Hi there, Could anyone Tell me If World Wide Cash Is Legal or Illegal.. Because I live in Pa, and My husband and I took a loan out thru them, and they just keep takeing 89.00 every week from us.. which alls we borrowed was 200.00 i have already paid them 489.89 on a 200.00 loan
