I live in Wyoming and I need to get information on the legality of a couple of online payday loans, I know Wyoming does allow payday loans but they have to be licensed in the state to do business but there are no rollovers allowed.

Money2advance/CCS borrowed 1000.00 paid 875.00 just in renewal fees. cannot find them on the list of registered licenses, I did find that CCS (consumer credit services) was registered but they were suspended revoked for non payment of taxes. I sent them a letter revoking the ACH but of course they sent me a letter back stating that I signed a contract with them stating that I would bide by the state laws of DE which I know is BS but that did not stop them from debiting my bank account and stating that I had signed a contract stating that I would not close my bank account to avoid paying them, which is also not true as someone cannot stop you from closing a bank account.
These are some of the other ones that I was inquiring about
Mycashnow: borrowed 680.00 paid 517.72 $81.00 on principle the rest in renewal fees.
Cutter Group borrowed 250.00 paid 600.00 in renewal fees
Vincent Group (prestige) borrowed 250.00 paid 600.00 in renewal fees
Peppercash.com borrowed 500.00 paid 1055.00.
Plains Green borrowed 1400.00 paid $2175.00
Zip19 borrowed 540.00 no renewals or rollovers but have had to reborrow three times. Thank you for any help you can give me on these loans.

You already know you do not need to pay illegal lenders anything more than the principal. It was pretty smart of you to close your bank account. Now none of these idiots can get access to your money. What you need to do now is send out letters to each of these lenders asking for a refund (whoever you have overpaid) and demanding a PIF letter. Then go around and file complaints against them with the FTC, CFPB and the AG.
