Phone my job to harass me of none payment

I was on the web and several calls came through for cash loan. I did except one but when this call Yellowdale called. I told them that I did not need the loan and they direct it to my checking account. Without my knowledge of approval of $200.00.
On May 27, 2011, $79.00 was withdrawn from my checking account. So Ok! I was not to happy about it and i let it go. Now this guy name Jake Watson a paralegal customer advance telephone my job harassing for non-payment. Meanwhile i did not know that $79.00 was already taken out from my checking account. No email, no letter of payment. He stated that I need to call Mr. Michael Carver, Senior Case Counsel Officer that i will be serve at my job for non-payment and using the money from my account in false and some other legal stuff. Not knowing from the beginning who was Yellowdale cash-loan i to went to the bank and inform them of my phone call and the actions they threaten me and have a hold on the bank taking out the money left on my account to pay my rent before they dip into my account. Someone help me as to what to do?/

Another thing, you should check whether or not pdls are legal in your state. If pdls are not legal in your state, then you'll only have to pay the principal amount. Check whether or not this company is authorized to operate in your state.
