I am in Texas and have a few pdl. These are all internet loans. I am having another issue with the bank that I asked to close the account on the 14th (I get paid the 15th) and they did not and will not until I pay the $1200.00 in Overdraft and NSF fees. So some of these loan companies are still trying to run the fee.

Yes Yes Cash
Loan: $300.00
Paid: $270.00
They called today and said I still owe $600.00 because the last two payments have been returned from the bank. I tried to settle on the $600.00 with 6 payments of $100.00 and they said that is not going to happened. He said that all he could do was 3 payments of $210.50.

The others I want to know if they are legal in Texas and what can I do
Payment Direct 1 :$200.00 Paid $168.00
JHS Marketing $300.00 Paid $90.00
Loan Shop: $400.00 Paid $0.00
Check-N-Go: $1200.00 Paid $0.00
Ace Cash Services $350.00 Paid $0.00
Ace Cash Express $750.00 Paid $0.00

Also I have
Check into Cash
Cash Store
EZ Money

If you CLICK HERE you can search the Credit Services Organization data base, but keep in mind that some lenders use dba names.

It depends on the store front, some store front lenders are members of the CFSA (Community Financial Services Association of America), if your store front is a member (click link below to see)

You would be eligible for an EPP, click the link below to read about an EPP, number 11.
