Payday loans - ca

I am new to this but came across this forum due to a Google search. I am in a financial mess due to the following payday loans:
Zip 19 - 620
Cash Cure - 800
Us Fast Cash - 300
Vince Enterprises - 250
Mypaydayloan - 400
One Click Loan - 300
Brighton - 200
Blue Star - 200
I did my research and they were all not licensed in CA.
I am going to close my checking account and send out the letters through e-mail like I have read on here. I have yet to find one for Brighton Financial and Blue Star.
I am scared of going through with this though because I don't want to get in trouble, intimidated, or have my wages garnished.
Any tips on how to remain strong throughout this? What's the worst that can happen? What if they don't take no for an answer?
At first you should check whether or not pdl companies are licen
At first you should check whether or not pdl companies are licensed in your state. Contact with California Department of Corporations to make sure about their legality. If they are licensed, then you will be liable for both the principal and interest. In this case the legal lenders can file a lawsuit against you, if you don???t make payments. Otherwise, illegal lenders won???t be able to take any legal action against you. You can get rid of this trap by paying them only the borrowed amount.
none are legal
all of these are illegal in CA so the OP needs to go to the sticky titled DEALING WITH ILLEGAL LENDERS at the top of the paydayloan help forum.it has everything they need including templates for wage assignment revocations as that is what these places will try.that is not a garnishment which takes them suing you in your town, county, village,or bourough.go to the sticky and follow it.do however keep us posted.
