Zest Cash help

Anyone still dealing with Zest Cash? I have posted before about this, but in a nutshell, Zest Cash is now Spot Loan, who is tribal and illegal. My principal is paid in full. About 6 months ago I started getting collection letters saying that I still owed Zest, even though they no longer exist. I contacted BBB and Attorney General. I got a letter from P&B collection saying that they would no longer contact me. However today, I get a call from a different collection agency. How are they collecting for a company that no longer exists? I guess I will just ignore these people too, but it worries me that they might sue me? Can they do that? So frustrating!
