Has anyone had any success dealing with Zip19/ecare contact centers? They refuse to accept any sort of payment arrangements. I have their western union info and plan to pay back as I can but their phone calls are terrible to say the least

I'm in Virginia and I owe them 1681. They are totally unwilling to make any payment arrangements via phone. The calls are abusive and rude, I understand they want their money but are unwilling to work with me, I revoked wage assignment but they are threatening to send an "explicit" letter to my employer HELP!

Actually I just got an e-mail from them today agreeing to let me pay back my loan in installments and that I have until Feb/2010.I can either send Western Union payments or mail my payments to Canada(?)I just closed my account and sent them a ACH letter and that was it.Hopefully you'll be able to work something out too.

I too am dealing with these bozos. I told one just now that according to the TX Attorney General, they are operating illegally here in TX. She was flabergasted but said just so you know---we are NOT illegal. hahahahhahaaaa I am faxing a letter right now. I have warned my payroll department that any calls, mail, wage assignments should not be taken seriously and will be reported as fraud. My payroll dept. does not do wage assignment anyway unless from a judge. Can they send an explicit letter to a boss>???

i have received several calls from a man named Gary from ecare regarding a PDL from zip19. He is very rude and mean. I took out $350 and he is trying to collect as much as $500. I live in MN, is there anything I can do? These people are completely unhelpful and uncompromising.
