I just closed my bank account last week and am now in the process of speaking to my PDL companies and making payment arrangements. I just got off the phone with Zip19 and they want their payment of 800 dollars sent to them immediately. They were extremely rude and I am now sitting at my desk in tears. What do I do next? They told me they would be calling my HR office. Please help.

SC is absolutely right.you only owe 800.00 if you actually borrowed 800.00.they are not located in this country.some states are non-garnishment as well.i would file an AG and FTC complaints as they a pain to deal with,and your AG can help with that.

You need to send a wage assignment revocation letter to your HR/

You need to send a wage assignment revocation letter to your HR/Payroll department immediatly! This will protect your paycheck from them.

As stated above, they are illegal and I would not loose any sleep over them. There is not much they can do LEGALY since they ae located off shore ;)
