i visited this site a few months ago doing some research on what seemed like a novel, and yet ethically questionable position. if internet pdl are not legal to do business in my state can i take advatage of this fact and as soon as i have paid the principal back in installments (finance charges) complete the steps to stop unlicecensed pdl that are described on this website. basically amounting to an interest-free loan.
