Can someone please give me info about dealings with zip19.com? I defaulted on a loan (because they're illegal) and they will not agree to a repayment plan and say i owe them over 100 more than the principle balance.

Have you secured your checking account yet? Just communicate with them via email, send them a copy of your laws and explain your obligation to them according to your state laws, there's no since in trying to negoitate with an illegal lender, they're going to say and do what they want to anyways. I would send them payments certified return receipt thru the USPS, with money orders until they were paid off based on your state laws. File complaints with the BBB, FTC and your Attorney General's office.

I have a loan with this company too.. however they make you sign a wage assignement so how do you revoke that, loan stated that within 7 days of default on the loan that this will go into effect. I owe them $148 more dollars, if there is a way not to pay and not to have the wage assignment go into effect, let me know, cause they do not have to go to court to process that.. Will notifying my employer stop this

Just shoot them an email that simply says, I hereby revoke any and all wage assignments I signed with your company, a copy of this will be given to my employer, so any attempts made on your part to attach my wages will be rejected, then sign it. Make sure you print it out and give a copy to your employer, it's a done deal. :)
