I had to close my account due to USFastCash putting through third party charges. My dilema now is Zip19 I have a loan with them and have never had any problems with them but I am skeptical about giving them my new account info they said they need to verify with my bank that my account was closed due to fraudulent activity before they can change anything I did not have this issue with my legal lenders and now I am wondering if I should give them the new info at all or should I send them a cease & desist letter as I did with USFastCash. Any thoughts? I do have the money but not sure I want to give them access to the new account.

being as zip19 is illegal in every state not only do you only owe the principle, but anything debited gets deducted from.but wait there's more.you are not obligated to give this illegal lender your new account info.if they want what amount you owe.they can either give an address or another alternative.do not give them your new info.they will bleed it dry.

First off, Zip19 isn't licensed to lend in the U.S. Just like USFC. If you've already paid them the principal amount of the loan via fees (current or previous loan fees), you're done.

Send them the unlicensed/illegal lender letter just as you did with USFC.

Also, we don't advise sharing your new account info with ANYONE, EVER AGAIN!!! Even legal lenders.

Some of the legal lenders, if you default, still share your info with unscrupulous CAs. Also, some share info with lenders who are NOT licensed and you're back in the same boat again.

Use a debit card, credit card or even a pre-paid card to pay these. Even the legal ones.

First let me say I do have the money and intend to pay my debt. I just spoke to the Wisconsin DFI about this and they said in the state of WI if a lender is not licensed the loan contract is void and if you want to go through the hassle you can recover every penny you ever paid but that is a legal battle and she could see no legal recourse by these companies against people who closed their account or couldn't pay which is a relief I can handle the harrassment. And she also said under no circumstances should I give them the new info. So I will send the C&D letter and if they don't give me a physical address they won't get a payment if they do I will be happy to pay the principle even though WI laws say I don't have to. Thanks for the help.

I have had several loans with Zip19 all PIF the interest I paid on all of those probably covers the $550.00 principle on this loan I think I will include all this info in the C&D letter.
Thanks again.
