Does anywone have any information for Zip19

I have gotten into a payday loan mess. I have 9 payday loans. I am very thankful that I found this site. I have contacted the Department of regulations for the state of MD and they have been a great help. However, I do need more information on Zip 19. They sent me a letter after I have filed a complaint with the better business bureau that they are legal in Canada and have nothing to do with the MD state laws. I spoke with the Attorney Generals office about this and they stated that they (PDLs) always say that. I do have a cease and desist letter from the Attorney General which I plan on sending to them. My concern is them contacting my referrals. I have already spoken with the payroll department and they are under strict orders to contact Suzanne Elbon or myself if they attempt to garnish my wages. Has anyone here had experience with them contacting referrals and employers after a C&D letter was sent.
