Hello everybody. I need to know if Zoca Loans is legal in my state. I live in Ohio. I have a loan for $400 and the payback amount is well over $1,000 with interest! I know I was dumb to take the loan out but it was my only option at the time. I have full intentions of paying this loan back, I just need to know if I need to pay just the principal amount of $400 or will I have to pay all the interest fees also. I believe this company is tribal. Also, how would I go about making payment arrangements with them. Thank you

Okay, payday loans and tribal loans are messy. Get out of it by just paying the principal amount! I searched them up, found no legal documents that they can do business in Ohio!. But all I can say is stop falling into these hassles in the future!

Thanks everybody. I revoked my ACH debit authorization and this is the response that I have received. I told them that I wanted to make payment arrangements to pay off my principal amount and what were my options. They have yet to respond. I haven't heard anything from them in over a week.

Thank you for contacting ZocaLoans. We have stopped your next payment from being processed on your account. Please see the attached ACH Revoke Confirmation Form. You must print this form to complete, hand sign and provide us with a scanned copy attached as a PDF file returned via email. Once we receive your ACH Revoke form, we can process your request. We have provided you with a 14 day window to complete the necessary document to effectively revoke your ACH. If we do not receive this ACH Revoke Form within 14 days, ZocaLoans will process payments in accordance with your loan agreement.

We understand that you may be going through a financial hardship; we have many discounted repayment options available to you. If you are interested in learning more about these options, please reply directly to this e-mail and one of our account managers will gladly assist you.

Sincerely,

You should stop making further payments. You borrowed $550 and paid $764. This means you made additional payments. In that case you owe a refund. Okay. Revoke your ACH authorization.
