yes, they are in Birmingham. I believe you are looking for a company that will work with you in GA, right? I am looking too. If I find one, I will let you know! I have found credit counseling/debt management ones but would prefer settlement. Until I find one, I'm on my own---heaven help me. :-)

T & C is Town & Country. They offer debt management plans. You can type their name in the search box at the upper right of the screen, and you will find lots of posts about them.

I'm working with them now and so far so good. They get back with me and answer every question. If I get a call from a pdl, I let them know and they handle it. It's going to be a slow process but I didn't get in this mess overnight so I know it'll take time to get out.
