Linda, try to calm down, and remember that everything you are doing and have done are positive. You got out of your debt cycle by going through a settlement company. You are getting out of a very hurtful relationship. Yoh have already taken some steps that make you so much stronger for having taken them.

Keep your head up, and that's great that your settlement company will work with you. Try to focus on the positive things...

Linda, you are coming in as a guest. Take a sec to register yourself and start collecting points for cash. Other's can donate to you when you are registered as well. Please don't be hard on yourself. As long as you are ok from the incident this morning and, you are now getting your life back, things will look up for you. Even though it does not feel like it, you are on the right track. My heart really goes out for you. Be in touch with your settlement company and get the arrangement done in writing. You will not like to have any hassles later.

I can feel for you going through hard times. You have a great responsibility taking care of your finances. Take a second job if that helps. You won't like to have the negotiation spoiled done by the settlement company with your creditors. You will need money when the negotiation is final.

If I have some savings at the end of the month, I will like to donate some points to you. I am also fighting with my debt problems.

sometimes I forget to log in....I logged in. Thanks for all the uplifting comments. It means alot. I just was kicking myself and making myself feel so horrible about missing this months payment and fixing my truck. I had my kids with me and we were not hurt--that is all that really should matter.

and I am thankful to GOD that I can get it fixed for 300.00 rather than 800.00 what I originally thought.

That is a blessing and a $500 savings (kinda). You sound like you are feeling a little better. I am so glad you are your children were not hurt in the accident. I know this is easy to say but just remember try not to stress out too much---take it one thing at a time.

The most important thing is that you or your family was not hurt in the accident. I'm sure your settlement company understands that life happens and you did the right thing by calling them. I will say a prayer for you and I hope things get better for you soon.
