Boy, that sure is a chintzy looking web site, I'm willing to bet it was created by some payday loan owner/employer, most of the payday loan employees who post here use poor spelling and grammar.
CSO's are basically former payday lenders who found a loophole.
CSO's are basically former payday lenders who found a loophole. As a Credit Service Organization they aren't regulated, they are only required to register with the secretary of state. It's totally ridiculous!
