Wow... there is hope out there for people who have a loan with impactcash. I just called them to complain that Florida has a statue of limitation on the interest, and Ive been paying more than that (paying since June08) on $350.00 loan. Well, they just started paying down, which I had a balance of $325.00. When I called to complain, I was transferred to the legal department. I spoke with a lady named Emily, and WOW, she was SUPER NICE! She said after I told her the laws in Florida, that since I have paid every installment on time, never missed one time, THEY ARE CLOSING MY LOAN!!! NO MORE PAYMENTS!!! DONE!!! CALL THEM if you have had them for a while.
