You don't let guests post links, or at least I can't figure out how to do it, but the Massachusetts Department of Banking just issued cease and desists to 95 internet lenders. You can find the press release on the Division of Banks website.

It's more of the same as in 2005 & 2006. Nothing ever comes of it.

Nationwide cash is mentioned. Go to their website and no where does it say "We do not lend to residents of Massachusetts"

It's a shame it does not hold any teeth!

This is right off Nationwide's website ( Nationwidecash, Inc., a licensed Delaware Lender (no. 8298) Nationwidecash.com does NOT make loans to residents of Pennsylvania, New Mexico, Kansas, Georgia, West Virginia, California, New Hampshire and Colorado.}

The only person it will help right now is someone that has a payday loan with one of the mentioned sharks,errr,lenders.Now they have something to work with.
