Alabama requires Internet payday lenders to be licensed by your state, the three you mentioned above are not. Unless I know who the other lenders are there is no way of knowing if they are licensed lenders. You can read your payday loan laws below:

You can check the licensee data base at the link below:

I wouldn't worry about this, they are probably full of crap, if you obtained a loan from the Internet and they were debiting your account there was no check involved, so, what they are telling you is only to scare you, especially if it's one of the three you named.

Dont let them bully you. If they are not licensed then they are illegal. this means you only pay back the principal and the good part is it is at your terms not theirs. Now Never ever give them your new banking info. What I did was I had some that settled for the principal amount so I went to walmart got a prepaid visa. You will start to feel better once you have your money in control again. you will be fine and you will get all the support you need right here. Everyone here is more than willing to help. So get your information together and start your plan.

their reply was:
After speaking with my manager regarding your account, she agreed to settle
your account with WeOfferCash for the remaining principle balance, which is
$120.00. We did take out two payments of $90.00 back in December of 2009,
which will be put towards your principle balance. We have waived the
nsf/late charges. Please email me back with a payment arrangement which is
convenient for you.
So I replied:
Thanx for the info but I still have concerns that were not answered from my first email.
You have been removing money from my account and I dont no why. I have went through all my bank statements and you have never deposited any funds to my act ending in 0704. This is the acct you have been taking money from. If I owe you money where was it deposited? And when was it deposited?
Thanx,

I would also state that you will pay them via money order and they are NOT to utilize ACH transactions. Take that to the bank and either have them change your account (i.e. assist you with opening a new one) or block the transactions.
My other advice is to determine the amount that you have paid out already to these places so that you know exactly where you stand. I can tell you from my experience that NOT knowing the amount was my personal detriment as I ended up paying almost 1700 for two 300 loans
