Loanpoint usa --->illegal in fl????
Date: Mon, 05/24/2010 - 06:16
I was wondering if someone can tell me if LOANPOINT USA is illegal in my state of FL. I just got a call from Chris Black and he states that they have filed a complaint against because I took a PDL for 770.00, which doesn't not make any sense to me. I have had a PDL but not for 770.00. He gave me his phone number which is 904-418-5000 x 132. I explained to him that I just rcvd a letter from a collection agency 2 days ago in reference to loanpoint usa and now he is calling stating something has been filed. If anyone can give me some insight I would greatly appreciate it.
Thanks
Thanks

yes they are illegal in fl,and 770.00 is the amount they claim you owe.a couple of questions.
how much borrowed from loanpoint
how much debited total before default
you see being they are illegal in fl.you only owe the principle borrowed.for example:
you borrow 300.00
they debit three times 90.00
you only owe 30.00
see what i mean?file AG complaints against loanpoint,then send a DV letter to the collector using the address on the letter.send it certified mail return receipt.nothing was filed.send the letter.file the complaint.then ignore the collector.
