National Debt Relief Group is actually a real debt relief company. Nothing to do with Lifeguard. They do business nationwide, and work with back office arbitration affiliates that have been in business for over 10 years. National Debt Relief Group has an affiliate, that employed someone who is now with another company, making all these posts. Non of this has to do with the company.

Thank god for this site. It opened my eyes. I would've never know about the slimy ways of NDRG if not for "Inside Tip"(another thread that can be accessed by typing Lifeguard Financial in the google bar). I would've probably still left after watching checks bounce and being shortchanged
There's also another former employee who's posted complaints about your sham organization. You can see it here- complaintsboard.com/complaints/national-debt-relief-group-c287225.html

@ Don't Do It:

You're funny. You didn't do your research perfectly. Lifeguard/Safetrust and NDRG are 2 different companies. Yes it WAS true that 2 BRANCHES of Lifeguard/Safetrust were mentioned on the above address. BRANCHES is the key word here. The main office/back office was in Florida. They know merged with JBL Associates and using them as a back office. 2 BRANCHES in NY pulled the plug on Lifeguard/Safetrust simply because they didn't like the was they were running the business. And so, Lifeguard/Safetrust BRANCHES in NY became NDRG National Debt Relief Group since AGAIN, they pulled the plugon Lifeguard/Safetrust. NDRG are know working with different back offices specifically for "green" and/or "red" states. If you don't the difference, read a book or 2 what "green" and/or "red" states and maybe just maybe you can learn something about who is NDRG and what debt settlement really is.

Everyday there are settlements for our client, last month alone there were over a 300k in settlement savings, thats over $300,000 saved for our clients. National Debt Relief Group - is BBB rated B+, a memeber of TASC, USOBA and IAPDA. There is a blog which is updated daily, which will give you great knowledge on the financial industry and credit card debt industry. One should ask to speak to people that completed the program, or people that see their $60k debt settled for $12k, thats the proof

All you guys can ever do is hurl childish insults? This speaks volumes about the professionalism of NDRG. Also take note of the spelling and grammatical errors.

I didn't research perfectly? Is that the same reason why once these posts came up, they decided to add NDRG to those addresses on Google Maps?

And why did the checks still say(or said) Lifeguard?

Why did the training module have the Safetrust name? The same training module we received at the "national" headquarters on 86 St?

And why are so many of the people who were affiliated with Lifeguard such as Garry Kanfer, Allan Neyman and others, in high positions with NDRG?

Why was the corporate number of NDRG listed on the Lifeguard website as their client services number ( original link was lgf123.com/ContactUs.aspx )? And why was this only changed after I brought attention to it? (complaintsboard.com/complaints/national-debt-relief-group-c287225.html ) You guys are so sloppy, which means that there are probably still a few active domain names out with Lifeguard Financial in it. Better make sure you find it, before someone else does!

And the National Debt Relief Group has only been in existence since October 15, which is a fact, so how did anyone complete the program? The shortest program you guys had is 12 months.

However, there is also some more bad news for you scammers. Century Negotiations now has an F rating with the BBB. I see that you guys no longer provide a link to their BBB rating page. NDRG now has a D rating

bbb.org/pittsburgh/business-reviews/credit-debt-consolidation-services/century-negotiations-inc-in-north-huntingdon-pa-53002444/

la.bbb.org/Business-Report/National-Relief-Group-Inc-100086522

You guys also don't provide a link to the page of your "parent company's" BBB rating anymore. Remember the Premier Institute for Financial Freedom? I guess you guys were worried about what would happen to that precious rating if you left it on your site, but I'm sure you still use it to help sell the program on the phone. Here's the link - bbb.org/pittsburgh/business-reviews/educational-consultants/premier-institute-for-financial-freedom-in-north-huntingdon-pa-53001281/ Educational consultants? LoL

Edit: The first sentence was to supposed to read, "All you guys ever do is hurl childish insults." There wasn't supposed to be a ? mark.

You guys also violated the Clean Indoor Act ( health.state.ny.us/regulations/public_health_law/section/1399/index.htm ) Guys were smoking in the staircase, in the "office"(where the "managers" or whatever they call themselves, played Xbox 360 games), and in a "smoking" room which was a door away from the callers.

Why do you guys keep responding? Why do you keep making jackasses out of yourselves? How come you guys have never addressed the checks saying Lifeguard, or the training module saying Safetrust ( complaintsboard.com/complaints/national-debt-relief-group-c287225.html?sort=datea&page=1 ) ?

The only regret I have is not saving the lifeguard page which has the NDRG corporate number listed as their client services number, into a PDF file.

I have found today a News agency who has recently done an investigation against this company, Please see the full article and news real:

news9.com/Global/story.asp?S=10719417

The National Debt Relief Group sales office GHS Solutions was currently investigated for the mailer program and Debt Settlement offer.

GHS Solutions is a sales office on behalf of National Debt Releif Group in Brooklyn, NY GHS Debt Solutions, 4733 W. Atlantic Ave - Ste 3, Delray Beach, Florida 33445

They sell this offer under the National Debt Relief Group and are also a member of the
TASC - THE ASSOCIATION OF SETTLEMENT COMPANIES.

OKLAHOMA CITY -- Consumer credit counselors are trying to warn metro residents about a debt letter arriving in the mail.
The letter says it's from the National Debt Relief Program. Some say it looks like it's from the government, but it's really from a company trying to make money off people in debt.
Jennifer Wallis works at Consumer Credit Counseling Service of Central Oklahoma, and she's always on the lookout for consumer scams.
"That's the problem I have, is tricking people into a program that's going to damage their credit," Wallis said.
Learn more about the Consumer Credit Counseling Service of Central Oklahoma.
That's exactly what Jennifer said a letter her client received is trying to do. It claims that "under the National Debt Relief Program" people can reduce "monthly debt payments by up to 50 percent." It goes on to say "Oklahoma records" show the person receiving the letter qualifies.
"I think the letter is misleading because it looks like something that would be from a government agency," Wallis said.
But the letter is not from the government, in the fine print at the bottom, the letter reads the message is from "GHS Solutions," a debt settlement company. The company has 44 complaints filed against it with the Better Business Bureau.
"They've gotten more than their fair share of complaints for not doing exactly what they're supposed to be doing," said Bob Manista with the Oklahoma City Better Business Bureau.
Jennifer Wallis said debt settlement companies can destroy your credit, land you in the middle of a lawsuit or cause tax problems. She's frustrated with how GHS Solutions solicits clients, and warns consumers to do your homework before signing up.
"People are struggling in debt. They're struggling to keep their jobs. They're struggling to pay their bills and kicking someone when they're down is absolutely despicable to me," Wallis said.
NEWS 9 called GHS solutions in Florida, but the owners never returned the call.
The Better Business Bureau also said if there are government programs available, you don't need to pay a company to find out about them.

This company is making many people suffer more then actually helping them. Someone needs to stop this so called government program from doing all of this.

Don't do it!!! U are just of your rocker a disgruntled employee and frustrated individual. I have enrolled in this program for now over three months. I have been paying into this Noteworld account and yes there are fees associated with the program but heck is there anything for free in this world.. and also it is built into the monthly payments. I know I called when I read your post. Also they have already settled one of my small accounts when I logged in to see my account. Yes there were issues with my credit but when I finish my program and all is paid as agreed things will start looking better. As is it would take me over twenty years to pay minimum payments. With this I am debt free in two years. So my payments are less then what my minimum payments were with my credit card companies. I am saving over $500 that helps a lot in these times.

Why are you punishing yourself and others for someone who messed up somewhere.

Any way I did it and I am happy...

All of the accreditation that's claimed is earned by qualifications that NDRG meets and are not only valid, but rare at the same time. It's really unbelievable how far some people can go to not only slander a company, but keep honest hard working Americans from saving very large amounts of hard earned money if they're experiencing hardship or are struggling with their payments.

I hope I can help you as these predatory credit solution companies are more often than not... no better than the predatory lenders who are after you. I am a 25+ year Realtor and sub mortgage broker. I am from Canada so some of what I have to say might be moot here in the USA? I have gone through a bankruptcy myself (because of a failed marriage) and I also know the way lenders work and think! IF... you have any gumption left at all... you can walk into your lenders office, be it a bank, credit card company or otherwise (or send a letter or phone call but in person is best)... and walk out with a very manageable solution. However... you need leverage... THAT'S LEGAL L-E-V-E-R-A-G-E!!!

If you are in financial trouble with collection agencies calling everyday... go see a good reliable Trustee... be honest... tell them that you would like to avoid bankruptcy if you can... and go from there. I don't know about the USA... but in Canada, you can file for bankruptcy with the intention that "if you have to... you will follow through on it"... but if you can find another solution... you can stop the bankruptcy and proceed with the new plan.

Just before you have the intention of actually filing (and please be aware... as far as I know... you really must have the "intention" of going through with the bankruptcy)... you have the right to contact your creditors... I did this... I walked into my credit union and sat in front of a very sleazy branch manager (I have the right to say this as I use to golf and socialize with the man and I know of his infidelities and ethics... or lack there of).

I told him my intentions and then I SHUT UP... (remember, the first one to talks... looses)... it was very quiet for quite a long while... and then he put his pen down and said... "what are your terms"!!!!!!!

Lets just say, I walked out in a much better position than I went in with. But you have to be strong and (if you have to) put on a "air" of superiority (tap your ego as best you can and be firm... don't waiver).

There is quite a bit of self help information online and I would encourage anyone in financial trouble to do their homework. I know it might be hard when you are going through so much stress... but please keep in mind that you are NOT without power... and you are definitely not alone. And, as much as you should take your part and responsibility regarding your debts... many lenders are predatory... and they prey on people and get them into situation which they very well know is not good for you (with a smile and a profit).

Now, I am not a Lawyer... and I cannot give you legal advice... AND... you should seek the council of a good accountant or financial adviser or lawyer. The purpose of my message is to get you "thinking"... take a step back... you may feel like the walls are closing in on you... go outside and take a deep breath... and KNOW... you have more power as an individual than many (or most) of these "so called" credit councilors because you are the one that's affected. I do acknowledge that there are probably numerous good companies out there... but please keep in mind... as much as it "sounds" like they are a life preserver... they are a company... a business... Of course their mission statement might lead you to believe they really care about YOU... but don't fool yourselves... they are out to make a profit first... and you're concerns come second (if at all)...

Just my 2 bits worth and I truly hope you can turn those 2 bits into a future of financial freedom.

A Caring Person...

Harold
