Legal fees of the loans in PA

Iam trying to find out how much these payday loans can charge legally here in PA for 200.00 I have already paid 1200.00 on one and if there legal here in Pa
in PA, as long as the lender is liscensed in the state that they

Once again my post went off into cyberspace and the screen got all weird.
Anyway, they must be regulated by someone somewhere. Not many States will alow them to charge that much if any. I would find out where they are located and go after the laws of that state.
