This all started when I had kidney stones and couldn't pay the doctor's bills that my insurance company didn't cover. Now, a year later, I have 10 payday loans that are outstanding and my bank account has been frozen.. All on top of the bills I already had. I'm not sure where to start.. I live in PA, and they are all online loand -- here are the list of loans...

CashNetUSA - $600 - Paid $150
JD Marketing - $300 - Paid $75
Paragon - $300 - Paid $75
Geneva Roth - $300 - Paid $90
ameriloan - $300 - Paid $90
B & L Marketing - $300 - Paid $180
Rio Resources - $300 - Paid $210
E-Payday - $250 - Paid $75
Midland Marketing - $250 - Paid $75
Nevis Marketing - $250 - Paid $75
GFSIL -- $200 - Paid $165.00

Please help!!

You will find all these loan companies discussed in the forums. Just put the name of the company in the search box at the top and go to the active discussions. Take some time out and do your research on these pdl. You will feel better after knowing facts on these pdl places that are doing their business illegally.

One more thing, the laws in PA are a little different from other states. Here, the company is not needed to be licensed because PA prohibits payday loans. But if these companies are licensed in their state, their business in your state will also become legal. So, do some reading on each of these companies here and then post your queries. We will answer you.
