Hi,

I recently took out a pay day loan. It was for $300 and $90 fee. I have been trying to pay the loan in full but can not find the contact information for this company. I have tried everything. I contacted my bank and they told me they couldn't find any contact information on the company. I had a virus in my email account and it deleted many of my emails and the loan documents were in there. Is there any advice you can give me on contacting this company to ensure they are paid in full. Below is a snap shot of what documentation I have received from my bank. I have tried googling them and it is impossible to find out how to reach them. For 48 hours straight I have looked for their contact information. Any help you could provide me would be greatly appreciated. I don't think I should legally be charged a service fee on a service I am trying to pay back in full. My bank stated that they can not even find a corporate name, phone number, and/or website.

Transaction Type: DIRECTDEBIT
Posting Date: 09/30/2005
Transaction Description: DIRECTDEBIT/PREMIER PROCESSI FEE DEPOSI 49139
Amount: -$90.00

Hi Ben,

Thank you for getting back to me. Unfortunately that number is disconnected. I will send a letter in the mail, but not sure it is the accurate address. Again, I appreciate your help and if anyone else has any other suggestions please let me know.

Hi yelahjl

Welcome to the forums.

While you send your letter to them, please ensure that your letter is sent through certified mail with return receipt requested. This CMRRR serial number will have the date printed on it when they received your mail and you will have a proof of your efforts made.

You can prove it anytime later if required. Also, get it in writing from them that you won't be charged a service fee when you are paying the full amount. It is their responsibility to update your accounts with the bureaus once your have paid the full amount. You need to get this statement also in writing from them.
Documentation is very important so that you have proof of every effort made from your side.

Regards
Roxette

I agree, however, I am not sure that it is the same company. They had an online site that I applied through and based on the research I've done on the company in UT it doesn't look like it is the same company. Hopefully it is. I am not delinquent or even in harms way of being delinquent, but I don't want to pay the high interest. Just want to pay it off.

Phyllis

Following are the addresses of the payday loan companies I found online. During my search, I found that many of the payday loan companies do not reveal their physical address online. Be cautious when you deal with these companies. Do all your correspondence through certified mail with return receipt requested. You will have proof of your letter received by them.

I too am trying to locate Premier Processing. I took out a payday loan..back before May. Had heart attack and have not been back to work. Lost the paperwork. I think Premier is just an entity that processes the debits. My bank couldn't find a number for them. I have stopped payment on the draft. Bet they contact me!!

June

It will be worth contacting your bank and stop all the unauthorized debits. Get in touch with the ACH department and put a stop payment on this account. This will save your money from going to them.

Later, the lenders will contact you after not receiving money from your account. Explain your situation and arrange for a payment plan with them. Get your debt validated before you agree to pay them.

I filled out an online application for a payday advance...the next day had $300.00 dollars in my account from this Company Premier Processing. I received no information on them. No email, no notice advising me on the approval, no signature required nothing. I want to pay them in full but have no idea where to start. My bank has no information on them and all I have is the name Premier Processing. Can someone help me out here?

I have also had a problem trying to locate Premier Processing. 801-685-7010 has been disconnected. I received a call the other day at work from "United Federal Bank" stating that they were calling me for "due process" and that if I wanted to settle out of court, I needed to pay $445. I was threatened with bank fraud and other criminal charges. I was given a 321-206-4136 to call. I called, and they stated that they could not give me a number to get back in touch with the company that I received the payday loan from. I don't know what to do.

Kellie, you must ask the collection agency to validate your debt before you sign any promissory note to pay it. Send your request in writing through certified mail with return receipt requested. If they have the legitimate details of your accounts, they must give you in writing so that you can review it properly. Only after you have found the debt to be in accurate shape, make payment arrangement with them.

Kellie,

David gave you great advice. I just wanted to add a couple of things from my own personal experience. Make sure you document everything that is said to you by this company. If you can, record the conversations. You can check your state laws regarding this matter. Also, they will threaten you but don't worry too much about it. They are just using a scare tactic. Make sure they validate the debt and go from there.

I to have one from premier processing, now with the # I can call. Hey Kellie beware of the number (321)206- 4136, I think it may be a scam!! Don't send any money at all. Call the original creditor & deal with them. I am doing that first thing in the am to find out what is going on.I am doing some checking on it. But am coming up with dead ends, I too was threatened & this man told me I should call my family because he was coming to arrest me. I told him to send me something that shows I have a bill with them & he refused so I told him to come get me.. We will see if he comes.

Can any one provide me with some advice on what to do. I got a call from that number and have already sent in 100.00 towards this debt they say I have. They have not sent me anything in writing as I requested and they threatned to take me to court for fraud and everything. I got an attorney to call them and they told him that my payments would be 100 a month and I've already made the first payment.

Contact Consumer Protection Office of your state and ask for their opinion. You have to go to your bank and talk to someone with higher designation. Inform the whole situation and inquire if they can freeze the account. Consumers have the right to stop payment on their account I think. Is it a bank or credit union?

I actually have paperwork from a loan with them. It does not give an address, but the phone number is 1-877-878-2700; Fax number is 1-877-878-4700. I am able to "Paydown" the principle amounts in $50, which reduces the finance fee charged for the next refinance due date, or notify them 3 business days in advance when I want to pay the balance in full. $390.

I am having the same problem with this company. I took out a loan in June and they are still debiting $90.00 out of my account. The only number I have is 8778782700

Explain this debit to your bank. You must know the latest status of your loan account from the Premier Processing. Use your state laws to know how much the legal charges are. Once you find out paying excess money, you get the legal stand and block the company from making further debits in your account. Your bank will help you in filing up the dispute.

I too had a payday loan with these people as well as B & L Marketing, and Magnum Z LLC. I let them take my money and once the loans are paid off they do not stop! Three pay days after I paid them all off and they still take out money. Because it is not a debit card transaction, the bank cannot help me recover it.I have attempted to send them a fax, but it does not do any good.
