Do you like the new approach of topic listing?

Hi to all members,
Need your opinion with the new way of listing the topics in the forums. We have separated the list of Announcement and Sticky topics from rest of the discussions and posted it under the tag “These are special Topicsâ€.
We have seen that often new members and guests overlook these important threads where their questions have been answered already. This is an effort to make forum more comfortable for new comers.
Any suggestion is appreciated,

Looks good! But it appears on the Index page only of the respect
Looks good! But it appears on the Index page only of the respective forum. Will it be helpful if you can put a small button besides the sections in the main page of the forum and then it will navigate to the special topics inside? Just to catch the visitors' attention.

Definitely a good approach to highlight the special topics. However, in the Pub, the right hand side looks empty as there are so many stickies and announcements. Is it possible to show it in 2 columns or anything else? Just my thoughts.
