Categorization of posting is very necessary as it helps you to separate any special post from other. All your doubts regarding the significance of categorization will disappear once you go through this…..

• Categorization makes it simple for readers to search desired posts in the blog. For example if a reader is less interested in Personal Finance then he can escape this category posts and jump into the Business Finance category directly.
  
• You can name each category with a relevant word and keep your posts into this. For example, if your blog is on Finance, you can make 2 categories – one is Personal Finance and other one may be Business Finance. Now you can separate the posts into those categories by simply clicking the check box beside the category name while creating a new post.
  
• You can add sub-categories too; it will help you to manage all the posts more proficiently. You can add description to each category to make it more user-friendly.
  
• More earnings – as Word Press creates new page for each category…more pages your blog has, higher the chance of clicks on your ads.
