erzeke1, your dog is very beautiful. If I would have my dog so spongy, I would have used it as a pillow. :lol: My dog is a dachshund breed so it is very thin and scaly and no flesh. Just bones!! But it's in perfect shape. Seeing your dog, I feel like cuddling her. :)

Thanks,guys. Went to the dentist yesterday,have two abcessed teeth,face and eye still swollen. He gave me two antibitics,but can't do anything until next Monday-ahhhh.I'm supposed to call him if the swellin gets worse,it has around my eye,but Ikeep thinking,if I look in the mirror again,maybe it will be better! That's the definition of insanity-doing the same things over and over,and expecting different results!...KAren

Thanks guys for your thoughts and prayers. My face is a little better today,but my swelling over my eye is worse.I had to go to the store yesterday and everyone was staring! It looks like I got in a fight and lost. I said to this one guy that wouldn't quit staring"if you think I look bad,you should see the other guy" that got the idiot to quit!...Karen

I hope you're feeling better, Karen! I've had tooth problems before, and it always sucks. I have an excellent dentist, but he's very heavy handed..I had a root canal a couple of years ago and thought he was going to pull my brain out through one of my molars...lol

oh ouch!! That's gross! I've never had atoothache before, but I wore braces for a long time, and that was absolutely no fun..When I had my wisdom teeth pulled I got dry socket and my gum had to be drained 3 times...Ewww

Dental pain is the most unbearable one. Doctors say any serious disease that can arise in the future will show its symptoms in the teeth first. It's better not to avoid the dental problems.

The dentist has me on 2 antibiotics,I have a heart valve problem,so it's kinda dangerous for me with all the infection just running rampant through my body and heart!...Karen

I hope you'll be feeling better soon. Are you allowed to take Motrin? It's an anti-inflammatory as well as a pain reliever. When I had an abscessed tooth, my dentist told me I had to take antibiotics for a few days before he could do any dental work (I have a heart murmur), but he told me to take Motrin around the clock, too, until I came in. It actually did help. A heating pad helped, too. Did he say if he could get you in sooner than Monday?

Karen, I hope they can get you in sooner, that sucks!! My teeth hurt just thinking about yours hurting. :)

I need to make an appointment for a cleaning soon, as soon as my new dental ins. card comes. :)

Thanks guys.I've taken everything I can think of,not much helps because of the infection.I have to be on antibiotics before I can can have any type of procedure because my heart valve isn't working right,and lets everyting flow back in-or something like that!...Karen

Before I had my root canal I did the antibiotics for 5 days, so maybe that's why they're having you wait?

You probably have a little mitral valve insufficiency. Bacteria from your teeth can invade the valves of your heart..isn't that something?

yeah,Jess,I think you're right. Plus they say if you have infection,it's alot harder to numb your mouth-yuck-it hurts to even think about that!...Karen-gonna have to get off for a while and take to the heating pad again-see u all lata!...Karen

Jess..That color is great on you! (the word b l o n d e can't get past the spam filter!) It lightens you right up..Lucky, I can't get away with highlights that color, I think it's all my nasty freckles and red-head coloring.

I have red in my natural color red and b l o n d e can be nice. You should be able to do a few highlights through it, but they have to be very light with as little yellow as possible. I was brave the last time I went and went almost totally b l o n d e. Next time I may just go total..

Last year I paid a fortune for honey highlights and it looked AWFUL. I once got lowlights, and that looked nice. My husband loves the color of my hair, so I'm leaving it alone for right now, but I'm getting that itch to do something with it..

Honey color may be too much yellow for your skin.
