Thank you, thank you, thank you...8 to 3!!!! I actually stopped watching Michigan/Michigan state for this!! 1984 all over again, boooo-yaaaa!!!

I solemnly swear to root for the A's if my cats screw it all up.

And I have to say that I loved seeing the baby in the tiger suit! Very sweet!!

Oh, I missed that!!! That would be absolutely precious.

It was--and then they showed a woman wearing fur tiger ears!! Gee, all we have here is A's man (and I got to sit next to him one game this season and got to tell him how to color his face in the right shades of green and gold). Best seats at the McAffee Coliseum are in the LF Bleachers, where you see the A's flags and the drummers.

It was so fun watching the Michigan/State game. Being an Ann Arbor resident, it drove me crazy that I wasn't able to actually watch the game in the Big House. Thankfully it was on tv.

And Detroit is right around the corner. Go Tigers!

I'm a state fan, so it wasn't any fun watching the Michigan/Michigan state game. All summer I told anyone who would listen (and some who wouldn't) That Drew Stanton will win the Heisman, that he's the next Carson Palmer...Now look. Maybe I jinxed him???

OH! IO! GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO BUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That is going to be a GREAT game! You never know when these two teams get together.

One thing I forgot to mention: what is this about ticket prices being jacked up for the post season? Bleacher seats in Oakland normally go for $10, but for the ALDS, they were $20--and now for the ALCS, they're going up to $35! (Don't even want to speculate about the World Series, lol...) Since I am so poor right now, you can bet that I will have the best seat in the house: on my couch!

lol..I don't have too much time for baseball!! I have 3 fantasy football teams, I'm coaching rocket football, and I have college and pro football to worry about!! I honestly intend to write a book about the great sport of football, I just don't know what direction to go in at this point. I occcasionaly cover HS football games for a local paper, but I don't want to write stats anymore. we'll see..When the time's right, it'll happen.
