I have been on-and-off work for the past 5+ years after being laid off in May of 2001 from a good paying telecom job. I am educated, intelligent, multitalented and multilingual but somehow cannot find a job to save my life!

I have two interest free mortages (1st mortgage=$2000/month fixed for 10 years (balance of $320k) & a home equity loan of $600/month with adjustable interest rate going up every month! (balance of $67k).

I can't sell my house because the real estate market is practically dead. I am trying to rent the house but so far have been unsuccessful. I'm also trying to find a job that can pay my bills (to no avail so far) and therefore have been living off of credit cards for the past 6 years or so. My cards are now all maxed out (about $45k).

I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO! I am on the verge of breaking and I see no way out! PLEASE HELP! HELP! HELP! Please, any help, any advice, anything at all I would be so grateful to you!

I am very sorry to hear about your crisis. You can take a debt management program and combine all the debts under one payment plan. A job will be helpful because if you have it, the payments will be done easily. The counselor will get the lowest payment plan for you. Besides, the mortgage payment is also to be done every month. So, try hard until this problem is fixed.
