Can you help with a good low refinancing mortgage?

Hello:
I stumbled upon this website looking for help. My question is are there really such a company that will help with bills or debt? My husband just passed away in October and was in wage earners (chapter 13) and the house was too. Is there any company knows that will refinance this house for lower monthly payments that I can afford? I can only afford about $800/mth. He was paying about $1300/mth. Is there any help out there, please.

If I can ask, have you signed jointly with your husband's debts and included in the chapter 13?
