Hi I am currently about to hit the point of debt where there is no turning back. Between payday loans and over $300 this month alone (which is more than the total of one of my payday loans) in overdraft fees by my bank I am looking for a solution.

Can you give us a list of the following, so we can help you with some advice?
-what companies your payday loans are with
-are they internet or storefront loans
-how much were the loans originally
-how much have you paid so far to each loan
-what state you live in
With that info, we'll be able to offer you some sound advice.
Also, since you have registered, a debt counselor will call you to offer some options for consolidation or settlement. You may choose to use their services or handle your debts on your own.
