What is the difference between a debt samaritan and a moderator?

A mod has built in admin rights. You would be given authority to moderate certain sections of board according to our policies and rules. A Mod is also looked at as the truthsayer in their area of experience.Mod would also be called on if discussion is getting out of control or posters are getting too personal. He or she has to maintain even keel when someone is attacking posters. Even though you can sling it back just as easy using proper wording!

Debt samaritan is defined as a person who is willing to give up their time to assist people with their various problems with debt or credit. At this point, you are learning what works and what doesn't.

I hope I helped you understand some of it.Still learning myself.
