I am writing this to let the community know of a resource I use quite frequently. It is a Pacer account from the Us Federal Court system. The account itself is free. You are charged $.08/per page or search on a quarterly billing. With this account you can research companies or individuals,you can pull complaints and see how to word yours if you should need to file,you can research attornies in your area to see how many cases they have filed and what their success rate is,and I love it for the dirt I can pull up on companies before I decide if I want to work with them.
