Hate Cable

Though a series of screw ups at Time Warner they disconnected my phone from ATT.. (Without permission) so now I have no phone service and I even paid my bill…
But while calling last night I encountered a Customer service rep after being on hold for 35 minutes that said and I quote “My F&^%^ computer is on my last nerve†I am sure she thought I was on hold.. When I said I do not care about her computer she hung up on me….
I was fit to be tied.. up to this point I was just aggravated now I am beyond rational..
So of course I call back.. ( I always start with I am sorry to the person who gets my call because it is not them I am mad at) anyway after another 45 minutes of hold and back and forth I get a supervisor who is trying to be helpful but has her limits as to what can be done…
So this morning I came in the office and through Google I did find the corp. office for Time Warner and yes my friends got the Vice President of Customer Relations for the whole US. And did I give her a earful.. I am to get a Call from the President of the Western Region by 10:00 PST to have this resolved and to file a formal complaint about the Customer Service Rep… and I hope get phone service back on with ATT.
I am so fed up with these people you are stuck unless you buy a dish and yet they treat you like crap I refuse to be cussed at and hung up on… if she thought I was on Hold I am sorry would have worked or transfer me.. BUT hang up on me after all that time on hold.. No not me.,

I have TWC (cable/internet/phone) and have to say I have not had too much problems with them, even when I have been late. Guess I have been luck. Now I have had tons of problems with AT&T and Sprint. That is one of the reasons I went with the digital phone, plus I like only paying $39.95 for phone and call call all over and not have to pay long distance fees. Pretty much all our family is out of state, so that makes it nice.

I have just spent the last 4 hours trying to get this straight., and TWC admitted they did not have the auth to switch my line.. now no home phone for 7 days.. BUT i save 20 a month with my new att plan..
I am looking for a curb to jump off of this week,,,, :x
