How do I EDIT or DELETE or LOCK?

Once I became a moderator,no one ever told me how I was supposed to edit or delete or lock postings? And am I able to do that only in a forum I moderate?

You have the rights to edit, or delete the posts in the forums you moderate. Have you seen the two buttons, i.e.. edit and delete besides every post?
Additionally, you will find a "moderate this forum" link right at the end of the page where you can moderate. Click on it and you will see the control panel. There you will have the options to delete, move, lock or unlock a certain topic.
It looks nice on a moderator to leave a comment in red when a certain post is edited. Others will know the reasons why the post was edited. Let me know if there are any queries. I will solve it out.
