PM problems responding to moderators anyoneelse

I am having trouble getting some of my PM messages to go through. I can get through to other members but not any moderators. And I am trying to answer a question asked by one and it is very important. have I been blocked or something or is this happening to others?

We switched over to a new data center and was kinda plowed under for two days. Looks like everything is working now. Remember to keep some space available in your inbox. I usually dump it at about 85%.
