I am in a tremendous financial crunch this year due to Covid-19. Can you suggest a few ways to celebrate Halloween with only $70?

There are loads of things you can buy for Halloween with only $70. For example, candies, ping pong balls, chocolates, skull vase, mason jar, liquid soap, paper bats, paper spiderwebs, paper lanterns, etc.
