Question on my debt consolidation care acct

On my information when i look at my account through a message i left, it shows a # then (checK) and when i click check it brings me to another screen about checking to savings or to savings and i need a min of 500 points and so on.
what is this?

I asked the Admin about it, it apparently came with the software
