Hope yall won`t git mad at me being this is NOT the right forum for my problem, but, I don`t know where else to ask. I need to find a webside that can help me, it concerns co-signin a loan for someone (don`t ever do it), they didn`t pay the notes, I need to find out if I can do anything about it. Thanks in advance for lettin me bust in here where I don`t belong...........rick

Unfortunately, there isn't much that can be done. When you cosigned the loan you are legally agreed to pay the debt when the debtor fails. Your only option I see is to sue the debtor at the court of law.
If the debtor has defaulted on the loan, you're legally obligated to repay it. The creditor can sue and even garnish your wage to get repayment.
