Question about Adsense and blogging

Hey :) I asked this on a few more blog related webpages but nobody really helped.. I have a problem, I started a blog awhile ago but life got in the way so I never had time to devote to it as much as I would like.. I have a bit of time today and I noticed that adsense is running payday loan ads on my page!! We all know how much I despise payday loans, especially internet ones and there is no way I want my page to advertise them! Is there anyway to block this? I tried to look on google's page and other forums and I seriously do not know how to do this. I know this is really a random question but this is the pub so I figure it would be okay... besides, I really feel awful that my page has them up there! I seriously never noticed before because when I edit my page, I always looked at it from my signed in view, which did not reflect the ads...
