Someone please help.

I just registered yesterday. It asked me to pick a username, which I did. But my posts are showing with my email as my user name which is my real name, which I do not want posted here. I have messaged the Admin but have gotten no answer. It won't let me delete my post or edit or delete my user account. Someone please tell me how to change this!!
