Is Western Sky legal in Fla., for on-line loans?

I borrowed $5K from Western Sky, I'm a Fla. resident, their interest rate is over 300%. They either sold or transferred the debt to Delbert's, they've been calling me and my references harassing us, what can I do?

FIrst of all, cease and desist Delbert IN WRITING,....tell them to bug off, never to contact you or your references again,
Western Sky is illegal all over the US. Google them..,...lots in the news right now.
