I would like to remove a Bankrupcy from the CRA's is that possible?

Taylor,

According to FCRA, correct negative entries cannot be removed from your credit file before the scheduled time as stated by Mary and Stella. If you build up a good credit habit in yourself, you can raise your credit score after bankruptcy. It is not very hard. Go through this page and check the points mentioned by Roxette-

There are agencies that claim bankruptcy can be removed from credit report and charge high fees for the service. Sometimes they manage to remove it even. However, there is always a chance of getting it re-inserted in your credit file. Browse this forum and you will get more information on this.

Hey guys,

I am aware that you all are trying to help the poster, but you are stopping him/her in finding real-knowledgeable-people out there who has niche knowledge and loopholes to remove the bk permanently. Whatever you do, do not pay anyone upfront for the service. If they are real and are confident that he/she can do it, they will collect your payment when the job is done. I have been in the credit enhancement for many years; anything can be removed; trust me. I live in the removal world. The tri-bureaus are a joke. They are not as sophisticated as you all think they are. I wish I can tell you how to do it on here, but this would bring way too much heat on my part. This is not a joke. I am on the web. I hope you can find me. I can remove the bk within 30 days permanently.

btw, the new SSNs that you talking about are known as Credit Privacy Numbers. If anyone tells you that it is a SSN; well, it bullshit. They don't know what they are talking about.

Good luck.
