How can I add a good credit account to all credit bureaus

Creditors report your account status to credit bureaus and that is how bureaus update their records. You have no hold on it.

You can ask your creditor to report your account to other credit bureaus also. Or you can refer the report of this credit bureau where the ???good accounts' are reported to your future creditors for consideration.

Hope any one else from this board can suggest some other solutions.

After you have opened a loan account with a lender, he is probably reporting its activity to one or all the three credit bureaus in United States. Due to this, your credit information may vary among the three bureaus. Thus, it becomes necessary for you to check your credit report from all the three bureaus at least once a year.

Request the credit grantor to update your information with all the bureaus. But it's up to him.

The FCRA states you are entitled to fair and accurate credit reporting. It is your legal right to have a good account reported.

Now, Creditors subscribe to 1,2 or all of the CRA's and cannot add it to one they do not subscribe to. However, given your rights you can call the CRA's ask them to add it, IF THEY CAN VERIFY IT they will update it for you for a small fee...I believe its 50.00

I have heard that you can call the CRA to add an account but, haven't had any luck. I called the 3 big CRA and all three said there is no way to add an account unless the OC reports it. And of course they will not report it to any of the CRA but the one. Has anyone had any luck added new account to other CRA?

I asked my creditors to update my credit file with the three bureaus and they did it.

Usually, all the credit bureaus also should be able to add comments on your credit file because they share information within themselves. So, they can be asked to added comment on your file.

I have checked with all 3 credit reporting bureaus . The public does not have any way to have any kind of good account added unless the company you have the lone with is a paying member and has the right softwhare to report. I have even went to the BBB & FTC about this . Because I feel this is a GRAVE INJUSTIC TO THE PUBLIC. Also the bureaus now require the company to report on some type of tape . There has gotten o be some thing the public can do about this . I have tried every thing I can think of any ideals???

I can understand what you exactly mean here. You have made numerous attempts to improve your credit file and also contacted the FTC and the BBB for this purpose.

Still, if you are facing the same negative consequences, you have the right to take legal actions against the credit bureau as per the consumer protection afforded by the fdcpa.

You need to hire an attorney who specializes in the lawsuits of FDCPA and FCRA violations. He will take care of this problem and you are also likely to be compensated till the extent of damages.

I DO have a question on who reports to the CB's (if anyone can help). Doesn't ALL of your Creditors have a obligation to report to all of them? ..so you get the correct 'updates' on all? I've been reading that (ie..) one Creditor may report to only one, while others report to all of them.
