they owe me money

in april i had a brief conversation with a riscruity agent from work. she would not tell me her name. i let her know that i could not take personal calls at work and i gave her my home phone #and told her what time i would be home to make arrangements. on may 1,2006 upon going to the bank, i find that riscruity had collected the money i owed and some. i contacted them thinking that this could be handled easily,get my money back,and never have to deal with them again.In my going up the chain to get my money back,the first agents that i talk to could not answer any questions as to my refund. once i am connected to the financial department i am told that i would just have to get in line behind the thousands of people that are in the same situation.MS. ARETHA ASHBERRY first told me that it would take anywhere from 2 weeks to 30 days and that i needed to submit a statement proving that a check cleared. i did that and fax it to 678-564-3399. next day she needs another statement from the bank with a signature from someone from the bank. i did that also. i even allowed the people from the bank to talk to MS.JENNIFER BLACK,who told the bank manager what she needed to see writen on the statement. Guess what, i still do not have my refund,Ms. Ashberry told me that this company has done this to thousands of people and that there is no time limit to when riscruity sends any refund back. i ask to speak to her supervisor and got the voicemail to the vice president of the company.(no call) this company needs to install a recorder for all calls so that unprofessional conduct can be detected and handled in a timely manner. 43 days have passed and i still do not have my money but i can call and get plenty of out of my ear conversation

talk to your bank and see if they cant do anything about your mo
talk to your bank and see if they cant do anything about your money being wrongfully taken.
See if they can put back the money that was wrongfully taken and list it as a fraudulent ativity.
what Riscruity did is against the law. you can go ahead and sue them if they do not return your money.
