Call them and request for a statement showing the deduction of this amount. If it is not a valid transaction, then you get this amount refunded with the help of your bank.

Please contact Roadside Pal at 866 898-2437 and place this dispute. You should get this amount refunded back in your account as you have never applied for their services.

I recieved my phone bill and there was a charge for 14.95 for roadside pal. I did not request your services(whatever they are) and I do not want them now. I tried to call the roadside pal cust service number on the phone bill only to find itwas disconnected. I want my money back

We are not the company that has debited your company. Please read some of the posts relating to Roadside Pal and you will realize that many others are going through similar situations like you.

You need to send a letter to the company and request for a cancellation. Hope this process works towards your cancellation.

I don't know who you people think you are you can't charge anyone for something they never signed up on i want my money back that you charged to my cell phone bill or there will be a law suite got it.

You are pointing towards the wrong company here in this forum. This is not Roadside Pal as you have mentioned.

Please contact Roadside Pal at 866 898-2437 and place this dispute. Talk to your bank and they will help you in crediting back this amount.

Also, write a letter to Roadside Pal and inform them that since you have never subscribed for anything, the money taken from your account has to be credited back.

Hope that you get positive results from this correspondence.

You charged my mothers phone number and we dont get along, someone used my name. She thinks that i have charged her phone with somthing under my name,and i dont live there. I dont appreciate this at all. My mother and i have never gotten along, and this added fuel to the fire. She has threatened me, this is a serious matter. I have not heard from my mother in over a month. I dont even live in her district. Because of her ill understanding of technology, she thinks that my internet services charged her phone. i have dsl she doesnt, two different numbers. I dont have any accounts with any of you. I have already called the better business bureau and confirmed similar incidents.

Perhaps, you searched for Roadside Pal and as a result, you landed up in this forum discussing about the problem faced by many of us.

Contact the company and cancel the subscription. They will request you to send it in writing. Also, talk to your bank and see if they can help you in getting the amount credited.

I just received my home phone bill and there is a monthly charge on there for voice mail..charged on 11/23 of $14.95 + taxes coming to a total of $16.45.
What is so aggrevating is that I never ordered it. I am the only one paying this bill! Please remove the charges. I will contacting my phone co. to deny these charges. This makes another time this has happened!!

Many others in this forum are reporting similar complaints against Roadside USA. Please submit your complaint against this company at the local BBB office and the consumer protection office.

Join the move with many others and help in shutting Roadside USA. If situation worsens, you might have to consider closing your checking account because of this agency.

Interestingly, I have a charge (dated Nov. 23) for $14.95 for Roadside Pay Pal on my phone bill. I don't know how it got on there, but it was NOT authorized. We plan to contact the phone company about this. I suspect the end of all this could be an investigation and possible legal action.

Ask your bank to place the debit on dispute with Roadside USA. They might fail to verify the item with your bank and you will have the money credited back to your account.

It will be helpful for you to put your complaint against Roadside USA at the local attorney general office. They might be willing to review your file individually and take legal actions against them.

I looked into your ad. Then I got a roadside Plus charge to my account. But didn't sign up for any thing or do anything on your ad. So please give a phone # other than this one. Or an address.

When I called after finding these charges on my phone bill, the customer service agent claimed I had signed up for this service at $15.00 a month. He said he would cancel and reimburse the charges. It is still on my bill this month! He said it was a 1-800 number so my friends and family could call me. I asked him what the phone number was since I had never known it. I'm turning this over to the Attorney General's office in Arkansas. I never signed up for this and I cannot believe they can attach themselves to your phone bill without consent.

I, too, just found a charge from this company for TWO months worth of "service" when I don't even know who/what they are. The number you list in your replies is disconnected. The number on my phone bill is for their 3rd party billing company and is 888-298-3724. They are open 9 am - 5 pm EST. I hope this helps others; I will be calling them bright and early tomorrow morning.

I live in CA and I have gotten the same charges on my phone bill too. The same 1-888-298-3724 number, but company is called VOICEXPRESS and the charge is $12.95 per month. I have to call back during business hours tomorrow.

I just get a charge of $12.95 from my ATT monthly bill for ROADSIDE PAL VOICEMAIL MONTHLY FEE. I did NOT authorized nor subcribed to this "service"; This must be a scam !?
Same things happened to me last month with phony charges from ID NINJA, INC. ($19.99) and from MYBILLING SERVICES, INC. ($8.43) All without my authorization!
Is this a new way to ripoff people ?! Why should AT&T "Bill on behalf of" these crooks!? We need to call our Fed & State congressmen to do something to stop this practice of "Bill on behalf of" without the consummers' proper authorization...

Dispute those charges with AT&T immediately. Either that, or monitor your telephone very carefully. Someone could be playing pranks on you. If not, put a Fraud Alert on your credit reports immediately. Check out the FTCs Identity Theft page. You may be an ID theft victim, if so, you will have to file a police report.

Roadside Pal is slamming consumers, somehow addin.g charges to our phone bills without our knowledge or consent. This is fraudulent and deceptive practice, and should be stopped, and the state attorneys general can do it. The telephone companies should not be allowing this obviously deceptive company to just show up and say "charge these peopl??" without checking first. It is a first-rate scam, and they obviously are still getting away with it (this thread dates from 2005, and I just found Roadside Pal on my phone bill -- but not named as such, just some vague "voicemailmthlyservfee"" next to the charge.

It's probably an outgoing only number for a payment processing center. Who knows where the charge has come from. If it is not yours, go in to your bank (don't call them, go in) and dispute the charge.
