Who do I report the PDL to besides BBB?

My Attorney General office but shouldnt I also report them to the Attorney General in the State in which they are at?

Asking you to use someone's bank account for paying your debt..??? That's strange!! I believe this happens only through the court. If a judgment has been ordered and you owe to your lenders, they can recover the amount from someone who is to pay you back. It's like you don't have the money but your money with someone else can be used to pay the past debts with your lenders. There can be a better explanation of this matter. I will do some research and post a better explanation.

I would refuse. Basically they are asking for direct access to your checking account which means they could (and many do) take money out of it when ever they want. Including several times in the same day.

Tell them you don't have a checking account anymore. Dont' send them any kind of check either, because they can use the information on it to do the same thing.

Gotta love money orders!
