Stopping an EFT/ACH

I have spoken to a creditor and they have told me that in order to stop the EFT/ACH payments that come out of my account, I need to send them a letter, Can anyone tell me what the letter should say or is there an example of one here on this site....Thanks

You can also go through this letter put by someone if it fits to you. Use very simple language up to the point and explain your actions clearly. It does not matter if the complete letter finishes in 2-3 lines but the real theme should be clearly picturised.
