when I registered with this site I was contacted by 1 company..Hess & Kennedy. I would like to get compare their offer with a few other companies and then decide which company to go with. If anyone has had good experiences with a company other than T & C I would also like to get their info as well. :-)

I have wondered that myself as well? Anybody know? I would just love to get their phone number so I can find out what their plan for me would be and if it compares to what Hess Kennedy is offering.

I initially wanted to do consolidation but then when I spoke to the people from Hess Kennedy they talked me into doing a settlement instead. I received the paperwork in the mail yesterday and was not impressed. There were several spelling errors and the fee in the paperwork was more then what they quoted to me over the phone. I'm not feeling real good about them and am going to look elsewhere. This is just my experience. In reading these forums it seems other people have had good experiences with them. I'm just not one of these people.

I just got off the phone w/T & C. I am going tiwht them. STAY AWAY FROM HESS/KENNEDY. They were charging way more than T & C and they are now threatening to debit my account for the initial start up fee even though I haven't even signed up for anything. I called them to advise about the unprofessional paperwork I received. Nothing but problems since. I will post my experience with them in a new topic.

Can anyone get me T&C's phone number, you can PM it to me! I have tried to get that several times. Superior Debt Services called and seemed like a great company, but they didn't have anyway to work with payday loan companies, so I couldn't work with them. I hope someone here can get the info to me.
